Single-family serious delinquencies decreased in February, and multi-family serious delinquencies decreased after the huge surge in January.

Freddie Mac reported that the Single-Family serious delinquency rate in February was 0.54%, down from 0.55% January. Freddie's rate is down year-over-year from 0.65% in February 2023.  This is below the pre-pandemic…
