Final Look at Local Housing Markets in February

Columbus, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Miami, New York, Pennsylvania, Phoenix, Rhode Island and Washington, D.C.

First, Altos Research reported this morning that as of March 18th, inventory was down 0.4% week-over-week, and up 2.7% from the record low two weeks ago. It appears inventory bottomed seasonally in early March. I’ll be looking at the local market data for March as confirmation that inventory has bottomed.
